Guide for OMORI - Three Days Left... (Pyrefly Forest) (2024)

If you are reading this page, you went to sleep on either Route A or Route B. Welcome to WHITE SPACE.

Walk down to see MARI at her set up in the playground, then take a look at the new poster on the billboard by where BOSS is. Go towards the stump again and score yourself four SHOW TICKETS to SWEETHEART'S QUEST FOR HEARTS. With these, go south of the playground and water BASIL's flowers again. That's about it - now go west of the stump and enter the PYREFLY FOREST.

Forest Frenzy

After the initial cutscene, immediately take a left and pick up the JOKE BOOK on the ground. There's nothing in it but you'll now be able to write down any JOKES you find on boards throughout the game. There is no need to revisit boards you have seen in the past so far, but you can get them if you want. Throw 10 CLAMS into the lake and learn that the WEEPING WILLOW wants to hear a funny joke. We'll do this later. Go up and ignore the minecart as you do; the rails are not finished yet and we'll have to finish them before the cart is worth our time. New enemies in this forest are designed with spiders in mind, like (23/85) BUG BUNNY. HERO is scared of spiders, causing him to be afraid at the start of battles with these enemies. An afraid friend cannot use SKILLS in battle until their emotion is changed by someone else or an item. Additionally, LOST SPROUT MOLES in the PYREFLY FOREST have higher stats than the ones you've faced so far, and there is a small chance when you encounter one that you will find a (24/85) LOST SPROUT MOLE? instead. To farm encounters until you have one, simply run away from the LOST SPROUT MOLE enemy until a LOST SPROUT MOLE? appears.

Go up one screen and cut a web to get a MATCHBOX. Return down one screen, then left from the tracks, and look at the horde of spiders on a web. Light the nearby candle to move the spiders to it, then quickly cut through the webs and pick up one of three WOODEN TRACKS. A person named DEMI is in this area and wants a new and interesting book. Looks like something we'll encounter later. The (25/85) POTTED PLANT enemy might explode during battle, much like the trees in a certain RPG series.

Left of where you find the MATCHBOX, MARI has set up a (08/28) PICNIC for you to heal at. There's also a (04/11) FLOATING MIRROR around to the left, as well as a hidden CAT EARS CHARM in a MELON. Go left once more and get another WOODEN TRACK. East of the MATCHBOX location is our third WOODEN TRACK as well as a girl named CANDLIE. She has misplaced her TEDDY BEAR in a big pink castle. Walk along the railroad tracks and place the three WOODEN TRACKS down, then save and encounter the big (26/85) RARE BEAR enemy north of the PICNIC. This guy is rough and generally returns to anger even after you change its emotions. Focus on MOCKING and attacking these over anything else. If you want to grind, Lv16 would be a nice spot to get to in this area; HERO learns HOMEMADE JAM at this level, which can revive enemies with a small amount of HEART in battle. At Lv17, AUBREY learns MOOD WRECKER, which deals extra damage to happy enemies. This is going to be extremely helpful later.

At the end of the tracks is a pile of SPROUT MOLES, kinda. There is a hidden path in this area that leads eastward, and it starts near where the POTTED PLANT is located. Use candles and your KNIFE to get to the other side, then follow the path upwards and get a MAGICAL BEAN. A FAUL TAIL is in this area as well. Press on the trees near where you picked up the MAGICAL BEAN and speak to the figure who looks over this place. To get through this place, use the northeast exit, then--

Be sure to engage at least one (27/85) GHOST BUNNY at some point before reaching the end of the LOST FOREST. They will no longer be accessible after you see the end of the forest. Listen to DADDY LONGLEGS' speech at the end of the LOST FOREST and take the precious (07/26) H KEY before you go. Leave and get into the minecart. At the end, MARI has set up a (09/28) PICNIC you can heal at and PLUTO'S SPACELINE has set up here as well. Stroll north and pass some unfortunate SPROUT MOLES, then prepare yourself for a battle against the one and only (28/85) KING CRAWLER. This boss will eat SPROUT MOLES and restore health, so defeat them if they appear in battle. Otherwise, use your greatest SKILLS, FOLLOW-UPS, and TOYS if you have to in order to defeat this beast. This guy drops SPROUT MOLE MASKS when defeated.

See In Your Fantasy

Descend the ladder past where KING CRAWLER used to live and heal with MARI at her (10/28) PICNIC. On your left is a BROTHER MOLE who needs to send a CARE PACKAGE to his brother in the OTHERWORLD SPROUT MOLE COLONY. We will deliver this later but get the CARE PACKAGE now. Take the ladder on the right down to a lower level and get a block of TOFU from the CHEF MOLE down here. This is the cheapest place you can purchase TOFU at 1 CLAM per block of it; there's actually a BADGE #58: MMM... SWEETHEART, I MEAN, TOFU. for having 99 TOFU if you want to sit here and spend very little money getting one TOFU at a time. There's an easier opportunity to get this BADGE later.

Go all the way to the right towards a classroom of SPROUT MOLES. Talk to them if you'd like, then go down the ladder there. DO NOT CUT THE ROPE and instead go down another ladder. There is a (29/85) KING CARNIVORE here that you should engage in battle with just for a second. This will add it to your FOE FACTS! journal. You'd have to be around Lv20 and rely on RELEASE ENERGY! if you want to actually beat this thing. It also releases a gas that increases everyone's happiness by 1 stage every time the move is used. Focus on the ROOTS first before attacking the body. Defeating KING CRAWLER grants you 10,000 EXP and 3,000 CLAMS - amazing! If this is the first time you've used RELEASE ENERGY! outside of the battle against YE OLD SPROUT, then you will earn BADGE #44: POWER OF FRIENDSHIP!

SAVE YOUR GAME, then use the ladder underneath the TOFU chefs. There are four SPROUT MOLES that personify the four seasons here - each one gives you a unique CHARM, but there are BADGES for obtaining each one. The best way to do this is to simply accept one CHARM, then reload your save and do this until you have had all four CHARMS at least once. Save the season you actually like for last if you care; the CHARMS themselves aren't too notable, so pick whatever you want to keep. The four BADGES you get are BADGE #14: FALL SYMPATHIZER, BADGE #55: SPRING SYMPATHIZER, BADGE #57: SUMMER SYMPATHIZER, and BADGE #82: WINTER SYMPATHIZER. Up next, write down the JOKE to the right in your JOKE BOOK and walk down into a little hole that belongs to a SPROUT MOLE that really likes Christmas. Cut the tree down to ruin Christmas. You're a BADGE #10: CHRISTMAS CRUSHER.

Go back up to MARI and enter the auditorium. Take your seats and watch the show start up - only for the power to go out. Return to the seasonal MOLE area and descend down one more ladder. A bunch of SPROUT MOLES are running on treadmills to attempt to bring power to the area. There is a (05/11) FLOATING MIRROR down here; look into it, then put the plug on the right side of the room into the outlet. Go back to the stage to watch the show. A magnificent beast will take SNALEY's place (rest in peace). Due to what transpires on stage, the party will be sent to THE DUNGEON.
